Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Trainer Listings

Trainers must provide accurate qualifications and experience. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

Payments & Commission

Platform commissions are deducted as per the agreed rate at the time of booking settlement.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to bypass our commission structure.

Limitation of Liability

Trex acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not liable for disputes between trainers and organizations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
